In addition, I also feel Rebecca would have been much more moldable. Randal seems like he'll do his own thing, and not listen (or mold). He also seems to be in it for himself (to benefit his own business.. he said for practice running a billion dollar company) instead of being in it for the long term/career/to benefit Trumps business.
