TICKET/PASS PURCHASE LOTTERY: Starting next Monday, September 24th, you can register online for your 2008 Festival Pass and/or Ticket Package! REMEMBER: Registration is not first-come, first-serve. Selected registrants are randomly chosen by the system to receive a timeslot for an opportunity to purchase a Festival Pass or Ticket Package.
